Opportunity for all is what levelling the playing field looks like. A world where everyone starts behind the same line regardless of the perpetuating and debilitating characteristics that respectively advantage some and disadvantage others (even more so with intersectionality) as is still the current situation today.

At this point in 2021 the insight into understanding the scope of global Black talent has become even more of a commodity through genuine or disingenuous and shallow commitment to diversity and inclusion. Either way it’s a commodity that Black people must be empowered to dictate for professional and economic advancement to ensure reciprocity across board.
